Shareholders
ArcelorMittal South Africa's strategies to unlock shareholder value is underpinned by the international shareholding the company enjoys from foreign investors, including some of the world’s largest fund management institutions in the United States and Europe.
Recent statistics indicate that approximately 65% of the company’s stock is held by foreign investors, including ArcelorMittal Group's 52% interest.
The largest domestic shareholders are the Public Investment Corporation and the Industrial Development Corporation with 8.95% and 8.79% at the end of 2008 respectively. The company has a total number of just over 30 000 registered shareholders.

Loading and printing Adobe documents
Requirements

Viewing Adobe Documents
To view the Annual Report all you need to do is click on the Annual Report link. We recommend that you load the document to your computer to allow faster browsing and/or printing.
Printing Adobe Documents
To print the Annual Report you must first browse the document as stated above. On the Adobe Acrobat Reader tool bar, a print button is available, which is the button with the printer on it. Click on the print button, which will print the document to your assigned printer.
